1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Order lost in transit or undelivered to your location.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect product received (with valid proof).
- Short delivery or missing items from your order (reported within 24 hours of delivery).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests made after the order has been processed or shipped.
- Returns requested beyond the 24-hour return window.
- Opened, used, or tampered products.
- Failure to provide required proof (invoice, unboxing video, or package images).
3. Refund Process
- Notify us about your issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@bothbeauty.com with:
- Clear images/videos of the product(s)
- Copy of invoice
- Outer package with shipping label
- Mandatory unboxing video (for claims of damage/short delivery)
- Once your request is verified and approved, we will either:
- Arrange a replacement (within 5–7 business days), or
- Process a refund to your bank account.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after the returned items pass quality checks at our warehouse (if applicable).
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, or if it is lost in transit, the refund will be processed promptly, including shipping charges.
- For partial cancellations or returns, shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be credited directly to the customer’s bank account or the original method of payment, as per the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
✅ Note: Please do not accept delivery of packages that are open, tampered, or partially opened. Claims without valid proof will not be entertained.
